Welcome to The Worship Center

Coming to a new church for the first time can be an intimidating experience, but rest assured, we want to do everything we can to make you feel as comfortable as possible. You probably have some questions about what to expect and what you should do. Below are some of the most frequently asked questions and our answers to them.

What time are the services?

We host three morning services every Sunday at 8:15am, 9:30am, and 11:00am. Each service is identical in style, music, the message, and children's ministry. The only difference is in the people who attend. You and your family are invited to attend whichever service best serves your schedule.

We offer complimentary coffee before each service at the Welcome Center which is located directly inside the front doors of the church. You are welcome to stop by early, grab a cup of coffee, and fellowship with others.

What should I wear?

Our church is very contemporary, so wear whatever you have. You will see some people wearing jeans while others wear a suit. Some wear dress shoes and others sandals. It does not matter to us what you are wearing! God is clear in His word that He is more interested in our hearts than our outward appearance.

What will I experience?

There are three things that you should expect to experience in attending one of our Sunday morning services:

  • The first is community. We have people at the door who are there to welcome you, give you an information handout, and help you to your seat. When you get to your seat please feel free to say hello to people that are around you. We are known for being a very friendly church.
  • Next, you will experience worship. Every Sunday we have a live band play songs that are directed towards worshipping Jesus. Some people worship God in different ways than you may be used to. Some may clap, others may raise their hands, and some may stay silent and reverent. We encourage you to worship God in a way that you feel best honors Him.
  • Lastly, you will hear a biblical message taught by one of our staff pastors. Our pastors are friendly, relevant, and challenging. We believe God has a plan for our lives and that He speaks through the Bible. At the conclusion of the message, we typically have a time of prayer in response to God's word. We also have people available at this time to pray for you and whatever situation you may find yourself in.

Is there anything for my family?

Yes there is! On Sunday mornings we offer kid's ministries (nursery through grade 5) during all of the services. If you have kids, please take them to the Welcome Center by using the front doors of the church. When you enter, you will see the kids' check-in area directly in front of you. Tell the kids' ministry volunteer at the desk that it's your family's first time at the church and they will help you get your kids checked-in via our secure system.

Sunday morning isn't the only day we have events for kids. Wednesday evenings we host Family Night which include Royal Rangers (boys and young teenagers), Mpact (girls and young teenagers), as well as classes for adults. On Fridays, our church offers the student ministry, The City, for middle and high school students.

Will you take an offering?

Our regular attenders participate in an offering that will be received during the services. However, please don't feel obligated to give when you visit our church. You will be our guest, so sit back, relax, open up your heart, and enjoy the service!
